- 3.5% across-the-board salary increase
- funding for the projected 6.7% health insurance increase
- continuity of the $26 401(k) match
- over $12 million for targeted pay increases for below-market positions
- additional agency funding requests to address recruitment and retention

- If you do not receive a response, send reminders to ensure they don’t forget who you are and what’s important to you
TALKING POINTS FOR THE 2022 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
- State employees are essential workers during the COVID-19 Pandemic State employees are falling further behind their market counterparts
- Support for the 3.5% COLA and 2% funding towards the targeted funding list
- Support for all positions on the targeted list receiving funding
- Support for the 3 weeks of paid parental leave included in the Governor’s budget
